Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultation, review of clinical practices, and sharing of innovative ideas to enhance service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and certification opportunities, furthering your expertise and enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapists at Tidemark Health and Wellness work primarily with adults facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues. Our client-centered approach focuses on creating a safe space where individuals can express themselves freely and feel empowered to work through their challenges with skilled support.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; along with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a dynamic counseling load effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings and those familiar with teletherapy platforms will greatly enhance their integration into our team. Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or crisis intervention is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
