Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records of all interactions, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries to ensure continuity of care.

• Safeguard client confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards regarding mental health records.

• Engage with clients to determine their needs, employing tailored approaches that foster trust and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders using evidence-based practices.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances and therapy goals, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions using innovative telehealth solutions alongside traditional in-person therapy, adapting to each client’s preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad client demographic, including individuals facing a range of challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. You will be instrumental in creating a comfortable and nurturing therapeutic environment that promotes positive relationships and holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health discipline.
\n
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with multiple psychotherapy modalities and a keen understanding of various mental health disorders and diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
