Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote emotional growth and stability.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward these objectives.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person sessions, using secure platforms that maintain client confidentiality.

• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
