Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using validated diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance clients' coping skills.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor client progress during therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as required based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research, particularly concerning mood disorders, to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
