Key Responsibilities\n

• Document treatment progress and care plans thoroughly and on time, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices in the field.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure standardized and effective mental health assessments.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client well-being.

• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all professional and organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and facilitate resource access.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, promoting our organization’s mission and values while ensuring contract compliance in service delivery.

• Establish and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to expand our outreach, identify new partnership opportunities, and secure necessary funding.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending industry conferences, workshops, and state-wide meetings that relate to mental health services.

• Embody and promote the agency’s mission and principles in all professional interactions and duties assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and the aftereffects of brain injuries. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide support to diverse populations, working to create personalized treatment pathways that lead to improved quality of life and emotional stability.
