Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and adjustment difficulties. As part of Tidemark's team, you will be instrumental in helping individuals find strategies and support tailored to their personal circumstances, promoting healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Maintaining a non-judgmental attitude and demonstrating empathy and compassion in all client interactions.

• Possessing strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working in community health settings or have specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based therapy modalities. Compensation and Benefits\n
