Our professional environment prioritizes collaboration, requiring active participation in team meetings and case discussions. While you’ll typically maintain a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, flexibility will be essential to address the varying needs of our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of patients, including relational, cognitive-behavioral, and systemic therapies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Florida is mandatory.

• Proven understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, along with strong cultural competency.

• Experience in delivering therapy, both individually and in groups, with an emphasis on inclusivity and responsiveness to cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
