Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based therapy sessions, guiding clients through practices that promote relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring your approach accordingly.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions by incorporating mindfulness techniques, breathwork, and self-reflection exercises to support client growth and stress management.

• Lead group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress reduction strategies, and resilience training that enhance community engagement and support.

• Document each client's progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective intervention and follow up on therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mindfulness practices into comprehensive treatment strategies, enhancing the overall quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
