Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct initial and ongoing psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring comprehensive care that aligns with best practices in mental health.

• Communicate regularly with healthcare providers to share updates on patient progress, address concerns, and modify treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide direct virtual counseling services, including individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be working with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling, with current LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing virtual counseling services, demonstrating an ability to engage effectively with clients remotely.

• Active Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, with a strong understanding of state regulations pertaining to mental health practice.

• A designated quiet and professional home office equipped with reliable technology for virtual sessions.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
