Our therapists work full-time from a remote setting, which allows for flexibility in managing a work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate the varying availability of the patients we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at educating clients about mental health issues and building community connections.
\n
• Engage with mental health professionals across disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care and actively participate in their ongoing support.

• Provide crisis intervention services to handle emergencies and support clients during acute mental health challenges.
\n
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives to enhance professional knowledge and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults within the Brockton community. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
