Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to each client's needs, aiming for stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify a client’s stressors, challenges, and personal goals. Use this information to create customized mindfulness treatment plans.

• Guide clients in diverse mindfulness exercises and techniques, such as meditation and breathing practices, to promote deeper self-awareness and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness and resilience strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, specifically addressing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and other emotional concerns.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
