Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records to comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing insights during regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure high-quality care.

• Educate and support patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and best practices in mental health treatment to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts is required.
