Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, review treatment goals, and facilitate a smooth discharge process when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, engaging clients in evidence-based practices to promote mental health recovery.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a variety of clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and other psychiatric conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
