Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan for transitions, including discharges when appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize client needs, while continually monitoring their effectiveness.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring all records comply with relevant policies and procedures.

• Perform intake assessments to gather essential information for new clients, using standardized assessment tools to inform treatment direction.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions that cater to the specific needs and challenges faced by each client.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and ensuring adherence to practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a youth-focused demographic, engaging with adolescents and young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments and delivering both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
