Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis plans as well as behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure that timely and accurate documentation complies with regulatory standards and enhances the quality of care provided.

• Implement and utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to create and enforce effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Play a vital role in the licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of clinical practice.

• Serve as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring cohesive support for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and further Refusionate Psychotherapy's mission within the community.

• Develop and foster relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote our programs and pursue potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Actively engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles throughout your practice.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the needs of the organization and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Refusionate, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional distress, challenges related to substance use, and those with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. You will engage with clients in a virtual environment, ensuring they receive the needed support through customized therapeutic approaches tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is mandatory, enabling you to practice within the state.
