Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate care coordination and resource access for our clients.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential funding sources.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including attending relevant conferences and representing the agency in statewide meetings and committees.
