Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing therapists to provide high-quality care from home while occasionally collaborating with colleagues in our outpatient office setting. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some allowance for flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and strengths, enabling the creation of tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to enhance patient outcomes.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational groups that address prevalent mental health challenges, providing both information and support to participants.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.

• Respond to mental health crises and provide immediate intervention services to patients in urgent need.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Regularly review and incorporate new research findings and therapeutic techniques into clinical practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of common mental health disorders and proven experience with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
