Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for both patients and families, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods to promote mental well-being.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.

• Create crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans tailored to support stable mental health.

• Implement discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients exiting care, while providing them with the necessary resources for continued support.

• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, ensuring ethical standards in all practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical competencies and skills through required training and continuing education activities.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and suggestions for clinical improvements and collaborative care.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory trainings in a timely manner.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inland Psychiatric Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that fulfills the licensure requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
