Work Environment\n

This position is based remotely, offering flexibility in daily operations while ensuring that our therapists have access to a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. Our outpatient facility provides a wealth of resources, including access to a robust electronic health record (EHR) system and ongoing professional development opportunities. Our work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying clinical techniques tailored to individual client backgrounds, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address complex mental health issues and foster resilience among patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive care plans and ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in emergency situations, demonstrating strong emotional resilience and diagnostic skills.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health awareness, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance recovery and self-management.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
