Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to devise tailored treatment plans for each client. Your clinical expertise will guide individuals towards healing and growth.

• Implement various proven therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, which cater to the unique needs of your clientele.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the ethical handling of sensitive information and adherence to best practice standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's treatment through shared expertise and insights.

• Participate in regular case consultations and attend peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and staying abreast of best practices in the mental health field.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating relevant findings into your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse and includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice in New York as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques, especially those focused on solution-oriented approaches, tailoring treatment to clients’ specific situations.

• Exceptional communication skills for building strong therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering trust, and encouraging open dialogue.

• Critical thinking and robust problem-solving capabilities to effectively navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
