Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and document clinical service reports and mental health treatment records with professionalism and timeliness.

• Consult with institutional staff, including screening and psychiatric teams, to provide insights into the mental health statuses and management strategies for individuals in our care.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development trainings, and specialized clinical services, consistently enhancing your skills and knowledge base.

• Ensure accountability through participation in our Quality Improvement program, focusing on accurate and timely recording of therapeutic activities.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical services, including both individual and group psychotherapy, crisis interventions, and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, adhering closely to established policies and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing acute crises, chronic mental health disorders, and varying socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related field.
