Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated case load, ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups that reflect clients' progress and concerns.

• Collaborate in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and current clinical standards.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that include individual, couple, family, and group therapies, employing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning that align with established mental health protocols.

• Engage in regular case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and adapt plans as necessary in response to client progress.

• Assist with crisis management, providing immediate support and intervention as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
