Work Environment\n

This role is primarily conducted via telehealth, enabling you to work with clients asynchronously and in real-time across the Quincy area and beyond. Our remote working environment allows for flexible scheduling while maintaining a structured core work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, evenings or weekends may be necessary to accommodate client needs, ensuring that support is accessible when clients need it most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to the client's backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists and psychiatric staff, to coordinate holistic client care.
