In this community health clinic model, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule, primarily operating weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability based on patient needs and appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, including history, symptoms, and psychosocial factors.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
