Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to determine individual needs, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic techniques.

• Provide short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention, addressing various psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring adherence to all ethical and legal standards, as well as hospital policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to adults coping with anxiety, mood disorders, substance misuse, and life transitions. You will play a vital part in creating individualized treatment plans that account for each patient’s unique circumstances, cultural background, and therapeutic preferences, thereby supporting their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a comparable field.
