Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Meditation-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients combat stress, enhance relaxation, and achieve their wellness objectives.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' unique stressors and mental health goals, tailoring treatment approaches to meet their specific needs effectively.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and interactive classes on topics related to mindfulness, stress management, and developing resilience strategies.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to provide holistic treatment for various mental health concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly participate in personal mindfulness practice, ongoing professional development, and training to deepen your expertise in therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mindfulness-based practices and the ability to integrate these techniques into therapeutic sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
