Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop detailed, individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs and mental health conditions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.

• Assist clients in building essential coping strategies to enhance their emotional well-being and resilience in facing life's challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care coordination for clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and Focal Mind Psychotherapy's organizational standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, taking proactive measures to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing to a continuous learning environment through ongoing professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a wide range of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMHC license in the state of Oregon is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Focal Mind Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education. In addition, our benefits package includes:
