Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Develop and oversee individualized cancer treatment plans, including chemotherapy and supportive care
• Interpret diagnostic testing and coordinate advanced care services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient oncology and infusion experience preferred
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered cancer care
