Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized, multimodal treatment plans based on patient needs

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience with interventional pain procedures preferred
