Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted short-term psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on various mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to offer interventions such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Collaborate under the supervision of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and the latest DSM guidelines.

• Facilitate connections between clients and essential community resources to bridge gaps in care, particularly for those involving complex mental health and addiction issues.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss challenging cases, enhance quality assurance measures, and contribute insights for clinical improvement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, prepare reports, and communicate with external agencies, schools, and families when necessary—ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or completion of a Psy.D program in psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We provide a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
