Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Desmond Couple Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population consists of individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges, including anxiety, depression, communication issues, and life transitions. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients, allowing for culturally sensitive and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Oregon; other relevant licenses such as LPC or LCSW will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n
