Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and mental health concerns.

• Facilitate counseling sessions, offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions that foster growth and healing.

• Maintain and update accurate client records to document progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver cohesive mental health services.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continual learning.

• Support clients with ongoing management of mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders, assisting them throughout their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. Clients may present with a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and substance use issues. Our approach is holistic, where therapists are encouraged to integrate different therapeutic techniques that resonate with the clients’ backgrounds and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A strong ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families dealing with trauma is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, and systemic therapy) will also be advantageous in this role.
