Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through structured interviews and diagnostic tools, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Evaluate clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges to formulate personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to individual client situations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for a diverse range of mental health issues, applying effective therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' coping strategies.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships, guiding couples towards mutual understanding.

• Regularly update and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, using an iterative approach to optimize therapy outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records with detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and histories to support effective collaboration and care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and/or couples therapy, with a solid understanding of varied therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient communication and writing skills, with the ability to complete client assessments, progress notes, and documentation accurately and timely.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and teletherapy innovations.
