Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions with clients while developing and adjusting personalized treatment plans based on therapeutic progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records using our electronic health record (EHR) software, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Deliver continuous care services to clients diagnosed with mental health disorders as well as those struggling with drug and alcohol use disorders through one-on-one sessions or group therapy.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contribute to a positive work culture, and provide feedback on best practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in case management duties, including collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and resources tailored to client needs.

• Assess, diagnose, and document mental health disorders using various assessment tools and methodologies.

Qualifications\n
