Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a remote setting while utilizing telehealth platforms and tools.

• Assessing clients' clinical needs through thorough interviews and diagnostics, followed by the development of customized treatment plans that are continuously adapted to client progress.

• Applying various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to effectively assist clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, share insights on client progress, and enhance the efficacy of treatment plans.
\n
• Documenting client sessions and progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. This may encompass relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will utilize your skills to create a safe, supportive, and validating environment for clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• A commitment to social justice, ethical practice, and cultural competence in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or substance use disorders are highly desirable. Experience with telehealth platforms is also a significant plus, enabling you to adapt seamlessly into our remote therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
