Work Environment\n

As a remote position within an outpatient clinic setting, you will work from your home office while utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to connect with clients and colleagues. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to core operational hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with patients to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions when necessary, fostering a supportive atmosphere for shared experiences and healing.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists by referring clients to additional resources and support services as required.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Your clients will primarily include individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them address issues related to marriage, parenting, and personal mental health struggles. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
