Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients to create a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth. \n
- Perform comprehensive assessments and accurately diagnose various mental health disorders, taking into account each client’s unique circumstances. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. \n
- Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on progress and feedback. \n
- Engage in continuous evaluation of patient outcomes through ongoing assessments, contributing to a culture of evidence-based practice and clinical excellence. \n
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, including timely referrals for additional services when needed. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health, integrating innovative techniques into your practice. \n
- Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and support continuity of care. \n
Your primary focus will be on supporting adults and families dealing with diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their unique situations, offering strategies and insights that empower them to overcome obstacles and achieve emotional stability.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential and a commitment to maintaining professional standards. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidenced-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in their healing journey. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively provide therapy and collaborate with other professionals. \n

- A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with expertise in addiction counseling being highly desirable. \n
- Proficient in using digital tools for telehealth services, case management, and documentation. \n
- Experience in working with a diverse range of clients and cultural backgrounds. \n
The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition, new hires will receive a competitive sign-on bonus to support a smooth transition.
