Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations to inform accurate diagnoses, crafting and executing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals of each client.

• Maintaining a caseload of approximately 25 to 30 client visits weekly, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care.

• Documenting all client interactions, including session notes, treatment plan reviews, and necessary updates in accordance with company policy.

• Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Employing creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to help clients transcend their challenges and reach their goals.

• Coordinating treatment efforts with family members, case managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role is essential in helping clients overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
