Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic activities aimed at improving mental health and relational dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans for a diverse clientele, including couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that cover a range of topics, from communication difficulties and parenting issues to grief and loss.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that focus on unique challenges faced by each family member.

• Working with clients dealing with alcohol abuse, physical/psychological trauma, job stress, and the complexities of blended families.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to drive therapeutic outcomes and improve clients' quality of life.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate more comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Compensation and Benefits\n
