Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Psychiatry Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, skillfully facilitating discussions and addressing concerns in a supportive environment.

• Assessing and diagnosing behavioral health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family unit.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address various issues including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustments to separation and divorce.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during critical family challenges.
\n
• Collaborating with other health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Applicants for this position must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
