Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address various psychological and relational issues. You will:

• Assess the needs of couples and families, creating individualized treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate sessions that encourage open communication and support between family members.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to patients on topics such as conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and effective parenting strategies.

• Help clients navigate challenges related to alcohol and substance abuse, medical issues, adjustment to divorce, job stress, and more.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a therapist will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will tackle a wide range of concerns, such as:

Qualifications\n
