Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients through teletherapy sessions, providing individualized treatment plans that focus on empowerment and choice.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients and tailor appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams within the hospice center.

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and document all interactions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide crisis intervention and support outside of regular program hours.
\n
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating meaningful dialogue and coping strategies for clients facing emotional challenges.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on best practices in clinical social work and participate in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists primarily of individuals experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. Many of our clients come from underserved backgrounds and may face additional barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

Brookdale Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
