Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health issues, identifying their strengths, challenges, and support systems.

• Provide individualized therapy for clients, including family and group sessions, tailoring your approach to meet diverse cultural and personal needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to promote positive outcomes.

• Develop and monitor comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and tracking their progress towards recovery.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to protect and support clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with essential community resources, providing ongoing case management support to enhance their stability.

• Participate actively in community outreach and engagement initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the broader community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
