As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindfulbear Counseling Center, you will primarily serve clients experiencing significant mental health issues and complex emotional challenges. This includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing socio-economic barriers impacting their access to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Florida state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for a variety of populations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Proven organizational and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
