Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s mental health status, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and carefully monitoring progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to address immediate client needs.

• Lead engaging group therapy and psychoeducation sessions to enhance the therapeutic community within our Detox Center.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
