Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that facilitate clients’ growth and recovery, ensuring comprehensive access to related services.

• Manage a diverse client caseload that includes conducting assessments, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect, ultimately promoting optimal recovery trajectories.

• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with organizational policies, contributing important data regarding treatment services and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case collaborations to align treatment goals with organizational strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and other psychosocial challenges. Clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may have limited access to resources, making your commitment to delivering compassionate and culturally competent care of utmost importance. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working within mental health and/or addiction treatment settings.

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
