Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Centered Counseling Services, your main responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your education and training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and formulating accurate diagnoses for a diverse patient population.

• Partnering with patients to create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and recovery goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy that engage and empower clients in their treatment.

• Collaborating seamlessly with psychologists, primary care providers, and other service providers involved in the patient’s care to promote a coordinated and holistic treatment approach.

• Monitoring treatment progress by systematically tracking patient responses both in-person and virtually, allowing for adjustments in the treatment plan as necessary.

• Facilitating support for psychotropic medication management as recommended by medical providers, focusing on treatment adherence and monitoring for side effects or effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in a detox setting, supporting patients who are navigating the complexities of substance use disorders. This population may present with co-occurring mental health issues, necessitating a compassionate and comprehensive understanding of both their psychological and physiological challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your respective state.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating your ability to manage treatment effectively.
