Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to ascertain developmental milestones and establish appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are effective and aligned with the goals of the children and their families.
\n
• Provide emotional support and parenting guidance to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to foster their child's development.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations in delivering services, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a positive therapeutic environment conducive to growth and learning.
\n
• Make recommendations for service frequency based on child development assessments and family priorities, adjusting as necessary.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize learning opportunities for children in their everyday settings.
\n
• Champion adherence to safety and health standards for both staff and clients, creating a safe space for effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, including infants and toddlers, who experience developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in aiding families navigate the early intervention system, providing them support and resources to ensure optimal developmental outcomes for their children.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Demonstrable experience of at least one year working directly with children, particularly in early intervention settings.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect and work collaboratively with families, children, and team members.

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
