Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a clinician, working both remotely and on-site within the Detox Center, providing individualized support and therapy to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage in collaborative care by developing integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to linked services, and facilitating communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and initiate follow-up assessments when necessary to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, assisting clients in distress and implementing strategies that promote immediate safety and support.

• Carry an assigned caseload and conduct assessments, individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs and requests of each client to ensure effective treatment.

• Monitor client progress by overseeing admission, ongoing treatment evaluations, and discharge criteria to ensure holistic care and successful transitions.

• Participate in team meetings and committees that focus on quality improvement and ensure effective agency service delivery.

• Complete timely documentation and administrative tasks, including assessments, client notes, and data submission, to maintain compliance and enhance organizational efficiency.
