Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with a focus on resolving conflicts, addressing grief and loss, and managing stress and relationship dynamics.

• Work with clients facing issues such as substance abuse, separation and divorce, blended family challenges, and family communication difficulties.
\n
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The position requires a compassionate approach to working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide therapy for various issues, including but not limited to:

• Psychological and physical abuse recovery

• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry

• Adjustments to changes in family dynamics, such as divorce and remarriage

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Strong commitment to ethical clinical practice and patient care excellence.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and digital therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
